Returns Policy - Sale Bridal and Bridesmaids Dresses
All sale dresses are FULLY RETURNABLE should you feel that the size, style or fit is not for you.
To return an item please inform us within 5 days of delivery, at which point we will issue you with a Returns Number. No item can be returned without this number.
Once you have the number, your items must be returned to us within 7 days. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unworn (other than trying on) and unmarked. We photograph all sale dresses before dispatch to show any marks or imperfections.
Please refrain from trying on any dresses whilst wearing make-up or strong scents, as items being returned to us with new marks or strong scents will be dry cleaned at the buyers cost.
Upon receipt of your item we will check for quality and inform you of your refund. This will be credited on the card (via Paypal) that you paid with within 30 days of being informed.
All sale dresses are subject to a £25 restocking fee to cover admin, repackaging and cleaning costs.
Delivery prices on items vary according to size and value and are subject to change without notice.
All postages rates and times quoted are for U.K mainland only. Overseas and Republic of Ireland will vary.
Overseas and Republic of Ireland cannot be sent recorded without extra charge. Please note if ordering from outside the U.K your postage may be higher. Contact prior to order for a quote.
When ordered, if a product is in stock it will usually be dispatched within 48 hours by recorded delivery. If an item is out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date. If the new delivery date is not acceptable to you a full refund will be given.
Goods are usually delivered 5-7 days after dispatch, although may take longer in some circumstances.
Where items are made to order approximate delivery dates will be quoted. Cancellation of these orders will not be accepted 48hrs after placing your order so please check the delivery dates carefully.
We cannot take responsibility for delivery to PO Box addresses and cannot offer refund or replacement for any goods that are lost in transit.
We can accept orders from most overseas countries. Please contact us prior to order for a shipping quote. All customs and local tax charges are to be borne by the purchaser and are no responsibility of Brides Boutique.
Should you be unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. All goods will be inspected on return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that do not reach us or are returned to us in error.
All the above also applies for items you may wish to exchange (for another size for example). Subject to stock, we aim to exchange items within 7 days of the returned item being received in our warehouse. Should further stock not be available you will be notified. Where items have been ordered made to order, a 30% restocking fee will be charged to you, and a new made to order item ordered.
If you order items that are made to order or dyed to your specification then these cannot be returned unless faulty. In which case you must inform us in writing (email is fine) within 7 days of receiving your items, you will then be given a returns number. The items must be returned to us, along with a complete exchange form, within 7 days of you receiving your returns number. No returns will be accepted without a returns number. This includes all packaging being in its original condition. Items that are made to order will be indicated in the product specification.
We suggest you order a swatch of material in the colour you wish from us prior to placing an order for your item. This is due to the difference in colours displayed between computer screens. All our product images are for indication only and colours will vary. We will not accept wrong shade of colour as a reason for return unless a swatch has been ordered from us previously.
Certain items may be un-returnable and un-exchangeable unless faulty due to hygiene reasons (for example ear-rings and lingerie where tags have been removed) this is clearly stated in the product specification.
Sale items will often be ex-sample, for this reason will have various defects. We will do our best to indicate all these on the product description however sometimes not all will be seen. All sale items are non-refundable for this reason.
Refunds will be given using the same method of payment originally used to purchase the goods minus the postage and packing cost within 30 days of us receiving them. Goods paid for by credit/debit card will be refunded to the same card. Return postage must be paid for by yourself, please obtain proof of postage.
