Orders and Delivery
- Delivery prices on items vary according to size and value.
- All postages rates and times quoted are for UK mainland only. Overseas and Republic of Ireland will vary.
- Overseas and Republic of Ireland cannot be sent recorded without extra charge. Please note if ordering from outside the UK your postage may be higher. Contact prior to order for a quote.
- When ordered, if a product is in stock it will usually be dispatched within 48 hours by recorded delivery. If an item is out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date. If the new delivery date is not acceptable to you a full refund will be given.
- If you request that goods being sent are needed sooner that 5-7 days we will contact you. If we can't contact you we will send by special delivery incurring extra cost.
- Where items are made to order approximate delivery dates will be quoted. Cancellation of these orders will not be accepted 48hrs after placing your order so please check the delivery dates carefully.
Returns
- Sale goods are bought as seen, with full details listed in the Quality section of the product details, these are non returnable, non refundable and not able to be exchanged for any other good or credit note.
- Non sale goods that are damaged or not as described in our catalogue may be returned for a full refund.
- Before returning a good you must e-mail hello@thebridesboutique.co.uk for a returns number. Returns cannot be accepted without a returns number.
- If you change your mind about a non sale item purchased we will refund the cost but cannot pay for return postage.
- Items must be returned within seven days unless by special arrangement with The Brides Boutique and with all original labels still attached.
- When returning goods to The Brides Boutique the customer must use adequate packaging, and also use a postal service that insures your package. The Brides Boutique cannot be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged on return.
- Please allow at least 7 days to process returns. Note! Damaged goods will be returned to the supplier for comment so may take longer to process a refund.
